How long will I get my order?

We often ship the items next day after you made the order.It will take about 5-7 bussiness days.

What size should I order if I am in between sizes?

If you are in between sizes it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 8.5 you should order a size 8.) They may be snug at first, but the footwear will stretch a little as the fleece footbeds form to each individual foot.

How do I repair my ugg boots?

Stains and spills
If your ugg boots are stained with water, light dirt or grime follow our gentle cleaning instructions. This procedure will remove light stains, dust and dirt. If your boots are stained with fat spills, paint or other harsher chemicals your ugg boots will most likely require a good shampoo. There are a number of leather shampoos available in most general stores and many shoe repairers will perform this service for $20 - $50. Please take care when cleaning your boots and allow them to dry out of direct sunlight.

Stitching coming undone
Stitching issues are easily repaired by a shoe repairer for a very reasonable price ($5 - $25). Stitching issues are typically caused by incorrect sizing which places unnecessary stress on leather joins. If you've received boots which are too tight please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

Rips and tears
Unfortunately ripped ugg boots are next to impossible to repair, if your boots are still in excellent condition a shoe repair agent can stitch the leather back together relegating your ugg boot to indoor duties only. Avoid placing your ugg boots in locations pets can access and remember that merino sheepskin leather, while extremely comfortable is a particularly soft leather.

Wear and tear and worn soles
Many wear ugg boots 24/7 during winter, removing them only to sleep. This type of usage and the soft leathers used in authentic ugg boots leads to sagging and general wear. Ugg boots are really designed for casual use only and if your soles are worn to the point that your ankle is rolling over when you walk it's time to replace your ugg boots.
